It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Louis “J5” Jamal Williams, who entered eternal rest on April 24, 2026, at just 26 years old.

Louis, known to many as J5, had a way about him that you felt immediately. He was easygoing, always laughing, and carried a genuine love for the people around him. Being in his presence felt like peace. He enjoyed music, especially reggae, and the simple moments in life that many overlook. He didn’t need much to be happy, and that energy naturally spread to others.

He will always be remembered for his warm smile, his kind spirit, and how he made people feel comfortable just by being himself. Louis didn’t try to be anything but real, and that’s what made him unforgettable.

Although his time here was short, the love he gave and the memories he leaves behind will stay with us.
