In Loving Memory of DaeJa "TooKah"
In the midst of sorrow, we come together to celebrate the life of our beloved DaeJa, fondly known as TooKah. She transitioned to the heavenly realm on December 20th, 2023, leaving an indelible mark on our hearts.
DaeJa was born on March 2nd, 1999, to her mother Sabrina Bradshaw Tookah enjoyed Cooking Dancing. Raised amidst love, family, and friends, she embodied the essence of a true lover, provider, and protector.
TooKah pursued her education at Kittrell Job Corps Center, where she not only earned her high school diploma but also mastered the craft of facility maintenance. Her determination and commitment to her goals were evident in every step she took.
In the circle of her closest kin, DaeJa leaves behind a beautiful legacy. She is survived by her daughter, Jadaci Clark, her mother Sabrina Bradshaw, stepdad Jamie, sister Deshay Kyes, and brother Elijah Hammond. She was a loving aunt to Phoenix Davis and niece Py'per Hayes held a special place in the hearts of her extended family – aunts, uncles, cousins, and cherished friends. A beacon in their lives, DaeJa also became a godmother to a select few.
DaeJa, or TooKah as many knew her, brought warmth and love to every interaction. Her spirit will forever dance in the memories we shared, and her laughter will echo in the hearts of those who knew her best.
To honor her memory, let us remember TooKah's favorite saying: "Stay focused, stay positive, stay prayed up!" These words, cherished by DaeJa, reflect the strength and resilience she brought to each day.
As we bid farewell to our dear TooKah, let us remember her vibrant energy, her resilience, and the love she spread in her unique way. In this time of grief, may we find solace in the beautiful memories we hold, knowing that DaeJa's spirit will live on in our hearts.
