I am really sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. There is a very comforting scripture found at Isaiah 25:8. It says that soon Jehovah will swallow up death forever and that he will wipe away all of the tears. So we can look forward to a time when death will be done away with forever. I hope that this scripture can bring some comfort during this time.

During this time of grief, sorrow and questions know that our LORD is Sovereign. Lean, depend, trust and cling closer to HIS arms. And death, pain, and sorrow will be no more. So you can take great comfort in drawing close to God in prayer.
